Rusty Brockman, past Mayor of New Braunfels and Community Relations Coordinator at Cemex will be the moderator.

Panelist include: Jenny Burden, Director of Development for  Texan by Nature; Matthew Hoyt, Owner of Corne Tubes and represents District 9 on the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board;  Nathan Pence, Executive Manager of Environmental Science for the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority;  and Shane Wolf, Past President of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Wurstfest Association of New Braunfels.
